Illustration, graphic design & animation for the 2023 El Prat del Llobregat (Barcelona) /UnZIP artistic call for entries. 

The final project includes an animated poster for the artistic call, 2 letterings,  8 category images in post & story format, 2 dossiers  (one 35 pages long & the other 13 pages), 2 large illustrations, 5 identity card designs & 24 portraits of the artists.

The identity is inspired by the climatic phenomenon of the desert bloom of the Atacama Desert in Chile (the most arid on the planet), and consists of the blossoming of a wide variety of flowers in years when rainfall is unusually high. Those flowers have extreme resilience showing the emergence of beauty even in the hardest environmental conditions, and creates a utopian and beautiful landscape.

The structure of the images is inspired by retro Interactive Fiction video games, and has a narrative order. Starting from the cover/poster that places us in the desert, each category image explores the landscape from macro to micro, approaching the flowers and the trash on the ground and ultimately  recycling them to create something new.
